Our actual saving of electricity is approximately 1,12,834 units /year and simple payback period is 4 months after implementing some of the Energy Conservation opportunities of the report.

We have implemented the suggestions given in auditor’s report. Since the date of implementation, we have saved substantial electrical cost. We are satisfied with the service given by M/s Energyca, Thane.

Utilites audited were Cooling Tower (500 TR, 2 Nos.), Pumps, Brine Plant, Reactors, Boiler (2 Tons / Hr), Fans, Electrical Panel (Harmonics, PF, Load Balancing) and Flaker with AC System Energy conservation opportunities of the report are pragmatic. Starting from the simplest operating and maintenance opportunities which involves least cost but good saving to capital intensive opportunities are covered. These are being discussed internally and with Energyca for implementation. Overall, it was an excellent team effort to save energy.

We had engaged Le Energyca Es Pvt Ltd. To evaluate, as a third party commissioning agency, the HVAC system of our Corporate office (23,000 Sq.ft.) in One BKC, BKC.
The assignment was conducted accurately & to our satisfaction. It included; Chilled water AHUs (7 nos.), Fan Coil units, VFDs & VAVs, Ducting, Installation & Air Distribution, Controls.
